The building boasts two distinct architectural characters; a regular form at the basin with a structured base, middle and top; and a ‘U’ shaped at Harbert Road enclosing a private courtyard. The urban concept maintains a calm and sophisticated approach to the adjoining basin blending with the surrounding context.
